Neighbor X Folk is inside of The Station at Michigan Central, Detroit’s landmark hub for innovation, culture, and community. Our shop and event space celebrate Detroit’s creative spirit through locally sourced goods, workshops, and gatherings.

Neighbor X Folk is the retail and gifting extension of Folk, our award-winning Corktown café. While Folk focuses on food, coffee, and community dining, Neighbor X Folk expands that experience into retail, Bespoke Gifting, workshops, and events, creating a cohesive ecosystem that celebrates Detroit’s creative community. Both spaces share a commitment to sustainability, conscious consumerism, and community connection, offering complementary experiences for visitors and locals alike.

The Station at Michigan Central is in the historic Corktown neighborhood at 2001 15th Street, Detroit, MI 48216. It’s easily accessible by car, bike, or on foot.

Lobby Hours: Monday – Sunday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Visitors are encouraged to park at the Bagley Mobility Hub, located at 1501 Wabash St., just across Bagley Street from The Station. Parking is $5 per vehicle, and the garage is cashless. It's a short walk to both The Station and Newlab. For more details, visit the Visit page.
