Our Approach

Each Neighbor X Folk piece is thoughtfully curated and packed with care. We want your gifting experience to feel intentional and joyful. Because our items are made and selected in small, limited runs, we offer returns on a case-by-case basis with the following policy guidelines.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving approval

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our offerings, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, floral, apothecary)

  • Custom-curated or made-to-order gift sets

  • Seasonal or promotional items

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Items marked as final sale
